YNK is the operator-led 3PL behind fulfillment for a growing portfolio of e-commerce brands, including our own DTC brand, Veiled. We're hiring a 3PL Administrative Assistant to support the operational backbone of our warehouse and fulfillment business. This role is a strong fit if you're organized, reliable, and energized by a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same — and you want a front-row seat to how a 3PL and a DTC brand run side by side.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
Location: Elmwood Park, NJ (must be able to commute reliably)
Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations to keep fulfillment running on schedule- Manage supply inventory across warehouse locations- Oversee shift scheduling and coordinate coverage as needed- Coordinate shipments between the corporate office and warehouse- Communicate with internal team members and 3PL customers to keep operations on track- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support client success- File shipment claims and assist with managing shipping carrier relationships- Handle general administrative tasks and assist with duties as business needs evolve- Help identify, establish, and improve operational workflows as the company grows
Requirements:
- High school diploma required- 2 to 3 years of warehouse or operations experience; exposure to e-commerce or Shopify is a plus- Comfortable with email, basic customer communication, and filing claims; general tech literacy is required- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Reliable commute to Elmwood Park, NJ; the shift starts at 7:00 AM Monday through Friday- Ability to adapt quickly and take on varied responsibilities in a growing operation
Nice to have:
- College degree or coursework in operations, logistics, or a related field- Prior experience working with a 3PL or DTC brand- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Pay: $50,000–$55,000/year
