About the role
To lead the technical transformation of the Quality Engineering organization, the full-time Senior/Principal Automation Engineer with an active Secret Clearance will design scalable automation frameworks, collaborate with software teams, and champion AI-assisted quality practices in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Design and own scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks for web, Android, and Windows products
Collaborate with software teams to build and evolve the end-to-end testing stack across the organization
Define and promote agentic AI approaches to quality, contributing to best practices for AI-assisted test design and automated test generationRequired qualificationsActive Secret security clearance (Interim accepted)
5+ years of experience in QA or Test Engineering with hands-on ownership of test system design
1-2+ years of practical experience using agentic AI coding tools
Significant hands-on contribution to building or rearchitecting a test automation framework
Strong development skills in Java and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
