We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in ETRM, SQL, and Operations. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support ETRM-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.* Work on ETRM processes and operations.* Analyze business data using SQL.* Create business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.* Work closely with development, QA, and business teams.* Identify process improvements and provide business solutions.* Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production activities.* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.* Prepare reports and dashboards as required.
Experience* 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.* Strong hands-on experience with ETRM, SQL, and Operations.* Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
