About the role

Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program develops sales-minded candidates for management roles in the solar industry. Trainees learn every facet of the business and supervise a multi-million-dollar location after completion. On-the-job training lasts 18–24 months with rotations across warehousing, sales, accounting, purchasing, project management and business development, plus online modules in solar PV and management. Strong communication and relocation flexibility are valued.
