- Is currently working as an independent or freelance travel advisor, or has equivalent experience in the travel industry.
- Thrives working independently with minimal supervision.
- Is confident presenting, training, and supporting fellow travel professionals in person, virtually, or by phone.
- Lives in, or can regularly travel throughout, an assigned U.S. region.
- Enjoys building relationships and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
