Receptionist - One Month Assignment Our client, a downtown law firm, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Los Angeles for a approximately one month only assignment. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the front-of-house support function, helping ensure a professional, welcoming experience for visitors and callers.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $22/Hour
Shift:
M-F, 8am - 5pmWhat's the Job? Greet visitors professionally and manage the reception area with a calm, professional presence. Answer and route incoming calls, ensuring messages are handled accurately and promptly. Support day-to-day front desk operations to help keep the office running smoothly. Maintain an organized, welcoming environment for clients and guests. Complete required onboarding steps, including background check requirements, to support an immediate start. What's Needed? Entry-level professional reception or hospitality experience (reception experience is a plus).Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach. Ability to stay organized and professional while handling multiple tasks. Reliability and readiness to start right away after completing background check requirements. Professional demeanor and attention to detail in a client-facing setting.
