We provide extensive hands-on training in styling, fit, tailoring, custom clothing, sales, and client service. If youre great with people, eager to learn, and motivated to grow, we want to meet you. What Youll DoHelp clients look and feel their best Learn professional styling, fit, tailoring, and custom menswear Build lasting client relationships and repeat business Develop your sales skills through ongoing training and coaching What Were Looking For Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with people Motivated and enthusiastic Coachable and eager to learn Dependable and professional Interested in building a real career not just finding another retail job Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, automotive, jewelry, golf/country clubs, or other customer-facing environments can translate especially well.
Compensation & Benefits:
$16.50$17/hour + uncapped commission First-year earnings typically $48K$65K, with established stylists earning $70K$95K+ and top performers exceeding $100K.Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, 50% product discount, and paid professional styling and sales training.
