About the role

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in design, development, and continuous improvement of high-volume injection molding processes for automotive components. You will drive lean initiatives, manage tooling, validate processes, ensure IATF 16949 and ISO standards, and mentor engineers across shifts while coordinating with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to meet delivery targets.
