Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregiversto provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout the surrounding communities.
You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.
No professional caregiving experience? That's okay. If you're reliable, patient and enjoy helping others, we'd love to talk with you.
Pay$15/hour - Waiver cases
$16 to $17/hour - VA and Private Pay cases
What You'll Do:
Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:
Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
Help with mobility and everyday activities
Prepare meals
Complete light housekeeping
Provide companionship and conversation
Assist with errands or appointments when needed
Follow the individual's care plan
Document the services you provide

What We're Looking ForYou must:
Be18 years of age or older
Have a valid driver's license
Have reliable transportation
Be able to complete required background checks
Be dependable, caring and patient
Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.
Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
