Pay Rate: $23/hour Location: Puget Sound Area (Everett, Seattle, Renton)

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (E-Test Monitor) to support electronic testing sessions at aerospace client sites. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a professional testing environment. No prior aerospace experience is required. As an E-Test Monitor, you will serve as the first point of contact for test participants and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and well-organized testing experience.

Important Requirements:

Candidates must be U.S. Persons per client policy
Flexibility in work schedule is essential (various shifts may be required)
Business casual attire is required for both interviews and daily work

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary on-site contact for participants during electronic testing sessions
Monitor and manage testing environments to ensure compliance with all testing guidelines
Check in participants and verify prerequisites and pre-work completion
Assist with basic computer login and navigation issues
Maintain testing schedules, equipment readiness, classroom supplies, and overall room organization
Conduct post-session cleanup and reset of testing areas
Escalate issues or concerns promptly to the Delivery Services Manager
Provide regular status updates to leadership as required
Support instructors during training sessions (e.g., distributing materials, assisting students with computers, ensuring lab safety)
Stay current on required content and testing procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong customer service mindset with a professional, courteous demeanor Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications (Microsoft Excel experience preferred) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Willingness and ability to support all Puget Sound locations (Everett, Seattle, Renton) Flexible availability to support varying shifts as needed Additional NotesNo physical labor requirements Business casual work environment Candidates should include any previous Boeing badge ID numbers and schedule availability at the top of their resume
