Luckily, that's what we do best. We're a relatively small tight-knit group, and we work in a high-energy environment, so we're very picky about who we bring in to join our team. What the job entails: Grind, flavor, and pack coffees in a variety of formats to order Picking coffee and related items for invoices Learn various blends and grind specifications for customer orders Learn to use equipment to produce and package orders Maintain a clean and safe work area The ideal Candidate will have: A desire to learn about coffee including roasting, brewing techniques, flavor formulation, blending, and packagingA strong work ethic Good verbal communication skills Basic math skills The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hours The ability to legally work in the U.S.A passion for coffee We offer: Monday through Friday work schedule, daytime hours Paid holidays Health, dental, vision, and life insurance optionsA fun, fast-paced work environment Free coffee at work and to take home Opportunities for extra work at occasional weekend catering events
