Our clients are real estate investors, entrepreneurs, aspiring developers, and business owners who may need stronger credit profiles to pursue business funding, business lines of credit, construction financing, investment capital, and other lending opportunities. This is NOT an entry-level credit repair position. Iâm looking for someone who already understands credit, knows how to analyze a credit profile, can identify what is negatively impacting a clientâs creditworthiness, and can develop a clear, compliant strategy to help that client move forward.đĽ WHAT YOUâLL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:⢠Reviewing client credit reports across all three bureaus⢠Conducting detailed credit audits and identifying negative or inaccurate items⢠Developing customized credit improvement and enhancement strategies⢠Assisting clients with compliant credit disputes when appropriate⢠Helping clients understand credit utilization, payment history, account age, credit mix, inquiries, and other factors affecting their profiles⢠Creating action plans for clients who need to strengthen their credit before applying for funding⢠Helping clients strategically reduce revolving utilization and improve overall credit health⢠Reviewing collections, charge-offs, late payments, inquiries, public records, and other derogatory information⢠Educating clients on maintaining healthy credit after improvements are made⢠Tracking client progress and providing consistent status updates⢠Maintaining organized client files, notes, documentation, and follow-up schedules⢠Working with our funding team to identify when clients may be ready to move into the funding process⢠Helping clients understand the difference between personal credit, business credit, and overall funding readiness⢠Providing excellent communication and customer service throughout the processđł YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND:⢠Experian, Equifax & Trans Union credit reports⢠FICO scoring factors⢠Credit utilization strategies⢠Collections and charge-offs⢠Late-payment reporting⢠Hard inquiries⢠Authorized-user accounts⢠Revolving vs. installment credit⢠Credit-builder strategies⢠Personal credit vs. business credit⢠Debt-to-income considerations⢠Consumer credit laws and compliant dispute practices⢠Documentation and recordkeeping⢠How lenders evaluate overall borrower creditworthiness Experience helping clients prepare for business funding, real estate financing, or higher-limit credit products is a major plus.đ¨ THIS POSITION IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO:âď¸ Has proven experience in credit repair, credit consulting, or credit enhancementâď¸ Can look at a credit report and quickly identify areas that need attentionâď¸ Understands that every client's credit situation requires an individualized strategyâď¸ Knows how to communicate credit concepts in a way clients can actually understandâď¸ Is comfortable working with entrepreneurs and real estate investorsâď¸ Understands the importance of compliance and ethical credit practicesâď¸ Is organized and able to manage multiple client files at onceâď¸ Consistently follows up with clientsâď¸ Documents progress and keeps accurate recordsâď¸ Can collaborate with funding professionals once clients become funding-readyâď¸ Is professional, proactive, accountable, and results-focusedđŤ PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF:⢠You have no professional credit repair or credit consulting experience⢠Your only experience comes from repairing your own credit⢠You rely on generic dispute templates without analyzing the client's complete credit profile⢠You make unrealistic promises about deleting accurate information or guaranteeing specific credit-score increases⢠You guarantee clients funding or approvals⢠You do not understand consumer credit compliance⢠You struggle with consistent client communication and follow-up⢠You are not comfortable being held accountable for client progress and documentationđď¸ WHY SOIL TO SOLDâ˘?Soil to Sold⢠helps aspiring developers, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs move from simply wanting to build to understanding how to structure, fund, and execute real estate development opportunities. Experience with any of the following is highly valued:⢠Credit repair companies⢠Credit consulting⢠Business credit⢠Business funding⢠Mortgage or lending environments⢠Real estate investor financing⢠Consumer finance⢠Financial coaching⢠Credit monitoring platforms or credit repair software⢠CRM/client management systems Certifications are a plus, but demonstrated experience and results matter most.
