About the role

Seeking an analytical and execution-oriented GTM Operations Manager to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for building, running, and improving systems and processes that support Smartcat's go-to-market organization across sales and customer operations. Key responsibilities Partner with GTM teams to address operational challenges throughout the customer lifecycle, including lead management and renewals Utilize AI and automation to streamline workflows, enhance team productivity, and minimize manual tasks Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to improve forecasting, planning, and pipeline visibility Required qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment Broad knowledge of pre-sale and post-sale motions, including lead management, forecasting, and customer handoffs Strong practical fluency with generative AI and automation tools Expertise in CRM systems, including workflow automation and data quality Ability to translate business goals into operational solutions and manage projects from analysis through implementation
