About the role

To support the continued growth of the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing practice, the full-time remote CPA Finance Outsourcing Manager will manage the delivery of outsourced accounting services, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and lead a team of accounting professionals while leveraging NetSuite for operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Manage the delivery of outsourced accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of clients Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members Oversee client onboarding activities and review financial statements and other deliverables Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience in public accounting Strong NetSuite experience, including financial reporting and accounting operations Experience leading and developing accounting professionals, including remote teams
