Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director for our Tipp City, Ohio location. The role leads HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, retention, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Corporate Office to advance Otterbein’s mission and support a large hourly workforce. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in HR, 3–5 years supervisory experience, and a bachelor’s degree, with SHRM-SPHR credentials
