Job Description:
Job Description Pride Staff on behalf of a client in Oakland Park, is seeking an energetic and professional CNC laser cutting operator to produce metal components that meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Calibrate CNC laser machines, adjust cutting parameters (gas pressure, speed, power), and run production. Load raw metal sheets and unload finished parts using material loader systems or forklifts. Verify first-off parts against technical drawings; run in-process inspections using calipers and tape measures. Perform daily machine cleaning, nozzle/lens inspections, and routine care. Maintain an organized workspace and collaborate with team members to hit daily output goals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent shop experience.2+ years of CNC laser set up and operation experience. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints. Proficient with precision tools (caliper, tape measure) and machine control interfaces. Forklift / Combilift experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset. Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening. Pride Staff is an equal-opportunity employer.
