About the role
We are seeking a Mainframe Operator to function as a Level 1 Incident Manager for critical incidents/events relating to various IT technologies. This candidate will be responsible for quickly creating, escalating, triaging, and tracking customer technology-related incidents. May assist with the review/validation of mainframe job control language. *Applicants could be requested to work holidays, days, afternoons, and/or midnight shifts.
