About the role

Call Center Coordinator Reproductive Partners Medical Group is looking for a full-time Call Center Coordinator to join our growing team at our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location. This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of infertility care and be a part of an extraordinary and committed staff. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Handle inbound and outbound calls Address patient inquiries and resolve issues Resolve incoming calls to the best of your ability before creating a task Assist patients and attempt to answer questions, schedule appointments if needed, etc. Assist patients navigate EMR system Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task Work well under pressure and stressful situations; exhibit emotional control Ability to display a strong sense of urgency Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person Ivy Fertility is an equal opportunity employer.
