Technology Delivery Leader/ Delivery Manager (Java, MicroServices, AWS, Telecom) Proven experience 15+ years in leading Java development projects, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Hands-on expertise in Java, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and related technologies. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in working Telecommunications based projects, Products and Services. Previous experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and portfolios. Work closely with other Development teams, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. Act as the main point of contact for all Java-related projects within the company. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the company’s technology stack. Contribute to the strategic planning of the company’s technology roadmap.
