About the role
- Lead/support design, bring-up, and validation of PCBA and TLA/EOL functional testers
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and company priorities across stakeholders (Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Design)
- Collaborate with system integrators, contract manufacturers, and equipment vendors to implement and qualify test stations
- Lead/support debug of manufacturing test failures, working cross-functionally to resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field 5+ years of relevant industry experience 2+ years of people management experience
- Comfortable with industrial automation, PLC, and test automation
- Familiarity with design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test best practices
- Demonstrated ability to read, create, and review electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience working with high-voltage systems (400–2000VDC and 480-800VAC)
- Strong hands-on debugging skills, with comfort working across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software)
- Experience with test equipment including DAQs, power supplies, sensors, etc.
