Job Description We are seeking a highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to join our team. This dual-focus role is ideal for a personable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing key warehouse logistics with regional deliveries. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt and organization of inventory, preparing future orders, and representing our brand professionally while making deliveries in our company van and box truck.
Warehouse Logistics & Operations:
Inventory & Staging: Accurately and efficiently receive, check-in, and organize incoming products. Manage and organize warehouse inventory to optimize space and accessibility.
Order Preparation: Proactively prepare and stage orders for upcoming days to ensure smooth next-day operations.
Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate a forklift and ride-on lift to move inventory throughout the facility.
Facility Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform basic day-to-day janitorial duties to keep the workspace tidy.
Delivery Operations:
Van Deliveries: Execute local deliveries safely using a company van.
Box Truck Deliveries: Operate a company box truck for deliveries when designated criteria are met.
Road Safety: Maintain a strict "safety-first" mindset while on the road, adhering to all traffic laws and transport regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Credentials:
Warehouse Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
Driving Credentials:
A valid, active driver’s license is required.
To operate the Box Truck: Must have at least 3 years of driving experience, a valid medical card, and a clean driving record.
Equipment Proficiency: Prior experience operating a forklift and ride-on lift is required.
Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of lifting and moving 60+ lbs repeatedly.

Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing and personable with effective communication skills, comfortable interacting with team members and customers.
Stress Management: Ability to work well, make sound decisions, and maintain a positive attitude in high-stress situations.
