About the role
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Maintain regular customer outreach and relationship-building activities
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand business within existing accounts
- Develop and execute account plans
- Promote products and solutions aligned with customer needs
- Manage opportunities and account activity within Salesforce CRMAnalyze sales performance and customer trends
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads and support ongoing sales initiatives
- 2+ years of inside sales, account management, customer success, or related experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Spanish fluency (written and verbal)
- Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience
- Experience with ERP systems and sales reporting tools
- Experience supporting international customers or distributors
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
