About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of client strategic objectives and build and execute detailed research plans to achieve them
- Create interview guides and surveys that address client needs to inform better business decisions
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify critical themes and takeaways
- Develop client-facing reports and deliverables with a clear storyline and narrative for executive audiences
- Own written and verbal communications with clients on respective studies
- 1-4 years of professional work experience
- You are a market research or research professional at a leading market research company or management consultant from a top tier consultancy (i.e., background in market research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods)
- Strong skills in interview guide and survey design to uncover critical insights
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
- You enjoy learning, team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating
- Excellent client-facing and internal team communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study
