Job DescriptionBatch Maker Location: Manchester/Londonderry, NH Status: Full-Time Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Batch Maker to prepare and mix ingredients according to established formulas and production schedules. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting efficient bakery operations.
Responsibilities: Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes and production schedules. Operate mixers and other processing equipment. Monitor batch quality and consistency. Follow GMP, food safety, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with equipment setup and cleaning as needed.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Work EnvironmentIndoor food manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Overtime may be available.
