About the role
- Create and maintain barcode labels and inventory identification systems
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production work orders
- Receive, inspect, store, and accurately locate inventory
- Process inventory transactions within the ERP system
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
- Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate materials and shipments with vendors and subcontractors
- Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse areas
- Support receiving activities and other materials-related functions as needed
- High school diploma or GED3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions
- Ability to read work orders, bills of materials, and part numbers
- Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Barcode scanning experience preferredVLM experience is a plus
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in warehouse and manufacturing environments
- Ability to use required PPE and follow safety procedures
