Overview
In this senior Field Marketing role, you will lead integrated marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and accelerate sales within target accounts. You will collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to shape programs that address buyer needs and influencers. You’ll own ABM-driven campaigns while tracking results and optimizing audience segmentation. This position sits within a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company that values customer and employee success. You will shape how marketing supports growth in the life sciences space and make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities Define and execute integrated marketing strategy with cross-functional partners Develop multi-channel programs and communications for key buyers and influencers Create awareness, nurture, and educate target contacts to drive pipeline Design and run 1:Few ABM initiatives and measure their impact Analyze program and ABM effectiveness and optimize segmentation, tactics, and processes Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative/Digital, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops for orchestration Build and maintain a complete and accurate account and contact database
Key requirements 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and strong project management Expertise in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel Self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines Proficient with social media channels (Linked In, Twitter)Working knowledge of Sigma; experience with marketing automation (Marketo)Growth-minded and collaborative team playerexcellent written communicationhigh attention to detailcross-functional collaboration Sigma Marketo Linked In
