About the role
Leading change adoption activities for large-scale IT initiatives, the full-time remote Change Adoption Specialist will design and execute change management strategies, assess impacts, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and sustained behavioral change across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Lead organizational change management activities for cross-functional projects and programs
Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments to identify adoption risks and opportunities
Develop and execute change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications field preferred; high school diploma with 9+ years of experience considered
5+ years of experience in change management, adoption, communications, or organizational transformation roles
Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Proven experience supporting digital transformation, product launch, or system implementation initiatives
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for developing executive-level communication materials
