Behavior Frontiers is seeking a People Experience Manager in El Segundo, CA, on-site with regular center travel. The role focuses on connecting employees with the organization, listening to teams, and turning feedback into practical improvements that boost retention and engagement. You will partner with multiple departments to address center-specific challenges, lead feedback initiatives, and drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and staying power across regions.
