About the role
SB Energy is seeking a qualified attorney to provide legal counsel to cross-functional teams and support growth of the platform. The role reports to Senior Counsel and focuses on energy, data center and infrastructure initiatives, financing, and real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate has a JD, active license, 2+ years of sophisticated experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Hybrid work in SF Bay Area, San Diego, or Denver with attractive compensation and benefits.
