About the role
Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, the remote full-time position will manage a team of Account Executives, drive high-performance sales execution, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance segment performance in a high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and individual contributions while fostering a culture of account-based execution excellence
Identify and drive strategic initiatives that improve productivity and sales execution, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners
Coach and develop team members, setting clear expectations and implementing performance management to enhance sales capabilities
Required qualifications
5+ years leading quota-carrying enterprise/strategic sales teams, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
10+ years in quota-carrying sales roles with a proven track record of exceeding targets in complex enterprise deals
Experience in building and scaling enterprise sales motions, including account planning and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Strong analytical skills with a focus on forecasting accuracy and improving win rates at the enterprise level
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and engage with C-suite and senior buyer personas effectively
