E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to help manage inventory and create accurate, high-quality online product listings. This position combines computer-based work, product research, photography, and hands-on inventory responsibilities in both office and warehouse environments.
Responsibilities: Create and maintain accurate, detailed product listings across online marketplaces and sales channels. Research products, specifications, and market information to create complete and compelling listings. Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, condition details, specifications, pricing, and categories. Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management systems. Photograph products and edit and organize images for online listings. Review listings for accuracy, quality, and consistency. Assist with product identification and inventory organization. Meet established productivity, accuracy, and performance expectations. Assist with additional projects and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous e-commerce experience preferred. Strong computer and internet research skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or remain stationary for extended periods while completing computer-based work. Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and reposition as needed when photographing and handling products. Ability to climb ladders or use elevated platforms to access inventory. Ability to frequently lift, carry, move, and position inventory weighing up to 75 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
