About the role

Good Good Good, a small, mission-driven independent media company, seeks a Managing Editor to lead all editorial for our website and Goodnewspaper. This senior role is hands-on, with writing, editing, and strategic oversight, and reports to the Editor‑in‑Chief and CEO. You will manage at least one direct report from day one, build systems, maintain high standards, and ensure timely monthly print deadlines while growing traffic and revenue.
