Job Description: Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to a department or business unit and serves as a key resource in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external partners, and other stakeholders. Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and related event support. Assist with preparing meeting materials, presentations, and supporting documentation. Resolve routine administrative issues and help ensure smooth workflow across the team. Process and maintain records related to expenses, purchasing requests, personnel documentation, and departmental budgets. Support payroll-related activities and review invoice coding for accuracy. Compile data and assist in creating reports, summaries, analyses, and special projects as requested. Perform additional administrative duties and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of office administration practices and business support functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
