Material Handler A well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Material Handler to join their manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a company that values reliability and promotes from within. This position is available because a current team member has advanced into a machinist role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
  • Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing
  • Load, unload, and organize incoming materials
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
  • Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently
  • Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications:
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift experience is helpful but not required we'll provide training
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting the production team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Familiarity with applicable ISO procedures and quality standards
  • ScheduleFull-time (40 hours/week)
