Manhattan Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and profitability. You will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and client-service skills while coordinating with the Project Manager and subcontractors. Responsibilities include directing on-site labor, enforcing safety policies, managing schedules and costs, and maintaining QA/QC.
