About the role

Avient Corporation in Avon Lake, OH is seeking candidates for its Corporate Technology Leadership Development Program. This two-year program places Ph. D. graduates on multiple Avient R&D Teams, with two twelve-month rotations and hands-on roles to build technical, functional and leadership skills. Rotations will occur at Avient R&D Labs near Cleveland and other locations and lead toward a full-time placement aligned with business needs and personal goals after completion.
