About the role
Oscar Health is seeking a People Strategy Partner to join our People Strategy team in New York City. This role enables departmental leaders to align strategic outcomes with company objectives and ensures roadmaps, processes, and talent are in place to achieve outcomes.
You will report to the VP, People Strategy and HR in a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in-office per week. The base pay ranges from $135,792 to $178,227 per year, plus benefits and annual performance bonuses.#J-18808-Ljbffr
