Pay: $16.25/hrSchedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Position Overview:
We are hiring Packing Associates for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in West Chicago. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the production line handling food and beverage products
- Package, label, and inspect finished goods for quality
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Assist team members and supervisors with daily production needs
- Work Environment & Requirements
- Food production environment with strict GMP policies
- No jewelry, piercings, fake nails, nail polish, lashes, or smartwatches allowed
- Must follow all hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous production or packing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
