About the role

DLC Management Corp. is seeking a VP of Property Management to oversee activity across a regional portfolio and support KPI growth initiatives. You will lead Property Management staff, build key relationships, and approve budgets and contracts to ensure efficient operations. With 10+ years of experience in property operations for open-air retail centers, you will manage vendor relationships, enforce policies, and drive improvements while traveling as needed.
