Job Description: Sibanye-Stillwater | Fairless Hills, PAFull-Time • Onsite • $20.50/hour Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Lead TRD Operator to support our Thermal Destruction Department in Fairless Hills, PA. This hands-on lead role is ideal for someone with industrial or manufacturing experience who can help guide daily operations, support team members, monitor equipment, and maintain safe, efficient production.
What You’ll Do: • Support and lead day-to-day TRD operations • Operate and monitor industrial processing equipment • Assist with training and daily direction of operators • Complete production logs, weights, temperatures, and tracking documentation • Identify equipment or safety concerns and escalate as needed • Help maintain workflow, production goals, housekeeping, and safety standards What You Bring • High school diploma or GED • Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience • Lead or senior operator experience preferred • Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness • Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced industrial environment • Reliable transportation Schedule & Pay • $20.50/hour • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM • Fairless Hills, PACompliance Requirements • Must meet applicable ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements • Must successfully complete required background screening and pre-employment drug testing Apply today and join Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling in supporting safe, efficient, and responsible material processing.
