About the role

Nourish, Inc. is seeking a Head of People Strategy & Ops to report to the VP of Operations & People. You will lead the People Strategy & Operations function, partnering with executives across Finance, IT, Clinical Strategy, Sales, and Engineering to uphold Nourish’s high talent bar and drive performance as we scale. This full-time role is based in NYC (Gramercy) with in-person work ~3 days per week and some remote flexibility.
