About the role

Architectural Designer We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington. Responsibilities Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for architectural projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Work with engineers to ensure that designs meet safety standards and building codes. Coordinate with construction professionals to implement designs during the building process. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs. Present design ideas and plans to clients for approval. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software. Strong understanding of design principles and building codes. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on both residential and commercial projects. Knowledge of sustainable design practices. Familiarity with biometric passport technology. Previous experience working in Washington or knowledge of local building regulations.
