About the Company: YIBI Jewelry is the jewelry manufacturing business of YIBI Group, supporting international fashion and premium brands with jewelry development and scalable production. Our capabilities span product development, precision metal manufacturing, polishing, surface finishing, stone setting, assembly, quality management, and production.
About the Role: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in New York to support selected international jewelry and fashion-accessories programs. The role is suited to professionals who understand sourcing, supplier management, materials, production planning, logistics, and the coordination required to move physical products from development into reliable production.
Responsibilities: Support supply-chain planning for jewelry and fashion-accessories programs. Coordinate material, supplier, production, quality, and delivery requirements. Work with product-development, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams. Monitor supplier performance, lead times, capacity, and production readiness. Identify potential supply-chain risks and support corrective actions. Support development-to-production and sample-to-bulk transitions. Improve visibility across materials, production schedules, and delivery timelines. Support communication between U.S. brand teams and international manufacturing teams. Provide insights into jewelry and accessories sourcing requirements in the U.S. market.
Qualifications: Experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, production planning, supplier management, or manufacturing. Experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, luxury goods, or premium physical products is preferred. Strong understanding of supplier and production workflows. Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience working with international manufacturing partners is highly valued. Familiarity with jewelry materials, components, finishing, or production processes is an advantage.
