Bilingual Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

To accomplish this mission, we are seeking to hire clinicians who represent our unique, diverse population and can effectively communicate with and serve our Spanish-speaking clients. Responsibilities and duties include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, coordinating services with various personnel, and attending clinical staff meetings and trainings. Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field, clinical licensure, experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes, experience with children, adolescents and teens, effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, and proficiency in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
