Project Manager / Senior Superintendent – Luxury Custom HomesMetric Geo | Salt Lake City, Utah, United States (On-site)About the JobWe’re seeking a Project Manager / Senior Superintendent to oversee luxury custom home projects for a growing luxury custom homebuilder in the Salt Lake City area. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, overseeing field operations, and ensuring each home is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The company specializes in luxury custom homes, high-end residential construction, and complete renovations. The Project Manager / Senior Superintendent will play a key role in project execution while working closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury custom homes and high-end residential construction, with a strong understanding of project management, field operations, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.What You’ll DoProject Management & Field OperationsOversee luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.Manage daily field operations, schedules, budgets, and project timelines.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and consultants.Manage procurement, cost control, change orders, RFIs, and inspections.Conduct regular site inspections and maintain high standards for quality and craftsmanship.Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.Resolve field issues and maintain project progress.Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the construction process.Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate project schedules, budgets, inspections, and construction milestones.Manage subcontractor performance and project coordination.Work closely with internal and external teams throughout each phase of construction.Maintain accurate project documentation and updates.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.What We’re Looking For10+ years of construction experience, preferably within luxury custom homes or high-end residential construction.Strong experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent.Experience managing luxury custom homes and high-end renovations.Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, cost control, change orders, and RFIs.Experience managing subcontractors, inspections, and quality control.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion preferred.Why This Role Is ExcitingThis is an opportunity to join a growing luxury custom homebuilder in the Salt Lake City area and take ownership of high-end residential projects from start to finish.You’ll work closely with an experienced team while overseeing custom homes and renovations with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, quality, client experience, and long-term relationships.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryBonus opportunityBenefits packageLong-term career growth opportunitiesRequirements Added by the Job PosterExtensive experience in luxury custom home or high-end residential construction.Project Manager and/or Superintendent experience.Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control experience.Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and quality control.Strong understanding of custom residential construction.Excellent communication, organization, and project leadership skills.Apply now or submit your resume to katie.douglas@metric-search.com for a confidential conversation about this opportunity.
