About the role
Systems Accountants is partnering with a client looking for a hands-on Pigment Contractor to support an active EPM implementation. This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week initially, with flexibility to ramp as the implementation progresses. Job Expectations Build and configure models directly within Pigment, supporting use cases across revenue forecasting, commissions, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Develop reporting packages, forecast templates, dashboards and other FP&A-focused outputs. Work collaboratively with the implementation partner, executing against an established architecture and implementation roadmap. Support data integrations and ensure models accurately incorporate financial, operational and workforce data. Partner with Finance/FP&A stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Pigment models and reporting. Help establish internal Pigment knowledge and accelerate implementation delivery. Support future functionality and use cases as the Pigment environment continues to mature, including potential AI-driven capabilities. Ideal Experience Hands-on Pigment model-building and implementation experience. Strong EPM background; experience with additional platforms such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning or Oracle EPM is beneficial. Experience building financial planning models across revenue, budgeting, forecasting, workforce/OpEx planning and/or management reporting. Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial modeling. Experience working alongside an implementation partner or within a co-build environment. Ability to work independently and execute hands-on with minimal oversight. Pigment certifications and experience with Pigment AI capabilities are a plus.
