About the role

Albany Medical Center is seeking a Pre-Kidney Transplant Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to lead comprehensive pre-transplant evaluations, risk assessment, and care coordination within the Renal Transplant Service. You will collaborate with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, and a multidisciplinary team to support timely listing and regulatory compliance. This role requires NP/PA qualification, state licensure and board certification, and transplant experience.
