Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, skilled Equipment Mechanic to join our shop full-time. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of light-to-medium industrial and agricultural equipment-with a primary focus on forklifts, compact/utility tractors, and zero-turn lawn mowers.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspection, and servicing on forklifts, tractors, zero-turn mowers, and related equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and fuel system issues (gas, diesel, and propane).Perform engine, transmission, hydraulic system, and drive-train repairs. Maintain clean and accurate service records for work performed. Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional hands-on mechanic experience required. Diagnostics: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Tools: Must own a complete set of personal hand/power tools appropriate for equipment repair (specialty/heavy shop tools provided).
Driver's License: Must hold a valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
