About the role
Seeking a highly motivated Guidance, Navigation & Control (GN&C) Engineer, the contract position will be performed remotely and focuses on the analysis, design, verification, and validation of advanced GN&C algorithms and flight software for aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and analyze Guidance, Navigation & Control (GN&C) algorithms and flight software
Evaluate control, navigation, and guidance system performance through modeling, simulation, and analytical methods
Verify and validate GN&C algorithms, requirements, and system-level performance
Required Qualifications:
M.S. or Ph. D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Strong expertise in MATLAB/Simulink, including Bus Objects, S-Functions, and Embedded MATLAB
Deep understanding of GN&C algorithm development and simulation modeling techniques
Experience with flight dynamics, control systems, and closed-loop performance analysis
Knowledge of aircraft, spacecraft, and missile guidance and control systems
