About the role
IWG invites applications for a Community Associate at our on-site center in Aiken, SC. You will help create and maintain a vibrant community for customers while handling a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations.
As a daily point of contact, you’ll assist customers, manage inquiries, and ensure invoices and services are accurately charged. You will collaborate with the center team to keep operations smooth and welcoming.
